MT 5002 HT-R2 Max Tapener

Designed to quickly and efficiently tie up plants, trees, or vines, the Max Tapener HT-R2 Plant Tie Machine accomplishes 3-4 times the work of hand tying alone. This translates into a huge savings for commercial nurseries where they pay for themselves in one day and begin saving money thereafter. In addition, they cut down on tape usage, with a strip of stapled tape using much less than a hand tied knot. Simply squeeze the handle once to stretch tape between jaws and ready it for wrapping around plant stem / support. Then squeeze the handle a second time to staple / cut tape firmly into place. This model is 24% lighter than the previous Max Tapener®. A metal shaft in the tape holder hinge increases the durability. You cannot remove the attached staple pusher, which will lessen the potential for loss or damage to the part.
